We're glad that you found us! The Banyan Tree Condominium is a 20 unit ocean front complex located at 76-6268 Ali'i Drive at mile marker 2.8 in Kailua-Kona. Mile markers are frequently used to give directions along Ali'i drive with mile marker zero at the Kailua Pier in the center of town and mile marker five at the Sheraton Keauhou Resort to the south. We are less than two miles from historic Kailua-Kona town and approximately 20-25 minutes from the Kona airport. The relatively small size of this complex lends to a private and homey feel. There are fours floors serviced by both stairs and an elevator with the ground floor being parking and the 20 condos and communal lanai spread out over the remaining three. The outdoor pool, hot-tub, and barbeque area are right on the ocean. Weekly farmers markets and many grocery stores/markets near by make it convenient to find what you need. Out front is arguably the most well-known surf spot on the Big Island - Banyans.
